About Kopi Tujuhenam
Kopi Tujuhenam is a business unit of Pesantren Persis Tarogong that has been operating in the coffee industry from upstream to downstream sectors since 2011.
In the upstream sector, we manage an Arabica coffee plantation at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level, covering an area of over 8 hectares, located on Mount Lingga Ratu, Sindang Palay Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. In the downstream sector, we run a coffee roastery that processes the coffee harvest into ready-to-drink products.
We are committed to fostering a community-based economy by producing the finest coffee, consistently adhering to sustainability principles, environmental friendliness, and positive impact. In addition to creating jobs for dozens of farmers around the plantation, we also provide education, inspiration, and best practices to farmers and partners in coffee processing as a means of improving the welfare of local farmers.
Pesantren Persatuan Islam Tarogong
The Pesantren persatuan Islam Tarogong is part of the islamic religious organization Persatuan Islam (Persis), dedicated to realizing its vision through education and da’wah (preaching). We offer educational programs starting from TPA (Qur’an Learning for Children), TK (Kindergarten), SDIT 1 (Integrated Islamic Elementary School), MDT (Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah), SDIT 2, MDT, and continue up to MTs (Islamic Junior High School) and MA (Islamic Senior High School) with both boaarding (dormitory/boarding school) and non-boarding options.
By combining the unique Islamic education curriculum of Pesantren Persis with the national education curriculum, the school aims to fulfill its vision of creating an Islamic mini-society and high-quality education. The mission of the boarding school is to develop individuals with noble character (akhlaq karimah), who have a deep understanding of Islamic knowledge (tafaqquh fid-din) and are proficient in science and technology (IPTEK).
Java Frinsa Estate (CV Frinsa Agrolestari)
Java Frinsa Estate, established in 2012 by Pesantren alumnus Ir. Wildan Mustofa, is a prominent coffee plantation, processing, and trading company known for its specialty coffee quality and consistency. Since its first export in 2015, Java Frinsa Estate has reached markets across Europe, America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Kopi Tujuhenam’s establishment also benefited greatly from Java Frinsa Estate’s expertise, as the company serves as both a consulting expert and strategic partner, particularly in the professional management of coffee plantation operations, processing, and arabica coffee trade.
